Comfort is paramount, which is why we’ve equipped this wheelchair with a fire-resistant seat and a tension-adjustable backrest, allowing for personalised support. The fixed armrests not only offer robust support but are also designed to assist in pushing the chair into a standing position, reinforced by durable aluminium side-plates.

For enhanced mobility, the Alto Standing Manual Active Wheelchair features a fixed, height-adjustable footrest and 4-inch PU front castor wheels with a sturdy plastic rim and aluminium front fork. The rear wheels are 24 inches with PU tyres, built on an aluminium rim with stainless steel spokes, and include an aluminium push-rim and a quick-release axle for convenience.

This wheelchair is customisable with an adjustable centre of gravity to suit individual needs. It comes standard with essential safety accessories, including anti-tips, push handles, push brakes, a safety belt, a waist belt, and a knee guard. For added visibility and grip, optional accessories such as safety reflectors and rubberised pushrims are available.

Available in two sizes, 16” and 18”, the Alto Standing Manual Active Wheelchair is lightweight at just 14kg without wheels and 19kg with wheels, supporting a weight capacity of up to 90kg.
